UNDER13 used to be a basement venue for live music & art performance in Lothringer13 Städtische Kunsthalle in Munich 2005-2007 initiated by Alcuin Stevenson and carried on by Anna McCarthy 2007-2009, now UNDER13 is putting on readings, talks, films and concerts together with Albert Poeschl of ECHOKAMMER & Piko Be of PIKO's YODELIN BEAT in different locations across Munich.
This series goes by the name of RAZZLE DAZZLE.
