UNDER13 used to be a basement venue for live music & art performance in Lothringer13 Städtische Kunsthalle in Munich 2007-2009 initiated by Alcuin Stevenson and Anna McCarthy, now UNDER13 is putting on events together with ECHOKAMMER & PIKO's YODELIN BEAT in the derelict shopping centre HERTIE in munich as part of the cultural enterprise "PUERTO GIESING" .
